Cancellation policy:
We require all customers to provide notice at least 4 days in advance when canceling or rebooking an appointment. Late cancellations or no-shows will be subject to charge of the full session using the payment method provided at booking. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes after the scheduled appointment time will be considered a no-show.
We understand that life happens! We will happily provide a one-time fee waiver for cancellations with extenuating circumstances. Rescheduling done 4 days in advance to the original appointment can be completed via the email receipt you received after scheduling your appointment or, in the case of last-minute rescheduling, by contacting our office at 952.445.6555
Should the Mustard Seed need to reschedule with less than 4 days notice, no fee will be charged to the client and they will receive priority rebooking or a full refund upon request
